Happy day to all moms! Here's a recipe to give it away and celebrate it at eleven.
French toast roll-ups (4 people)
Ingredients
• 12 slices of sliced bread
• 12 tablespoons of raspberry jam
• 2 eggs
• 60 ml of whole milk
• Vanilla or cinnamon a taste
• 2 tablespoons of oil or butter
• Granulated sugar to taste to pass the rolls before serving
Preparation
1. To prepare the rolls, cut the edges of the sliced bread and then flatten each sheet with the help of a rolling pin to thin it as much as possible.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon of raspberry jam on each sheet, then roll up.
3. In a bowl mix the eggs, milk and cinnamon or vanilla. When well mixed, roll each bread roll through the mixture.
4. Heat a nonstick skillet and add the oil or butter. Then brown each roll, on all sides, achieving a golden color. Take out of the pan and then go through the granulated sugar, covering well. Serve immediately.
