“I opened this place during a pandemic, in 2020, after realizing that people needed to have merchandise and toiletries for their homes, at a time when they couldn't go out due to Covid. I had worked in this area, but always as an employee of other companies, so I realized that I had to set up my business. Start my own business.
At first, we had a limited catalog of products, but over time we expanded it, until we even had a vegan line, offering new baskets for those who do not eat meat. With BredenMaster I work with bread, muffins, donuts, and spinach cheese empanadas, spinach artichoke mushroom cheese and Not Pino.
After only selling online, we now have a space physical, which we put together with great effort to serve our customers. As we are in the heart of Barrio Brasil, we serve a diverse public, because there are many condominiums, but also people who transit to go to their jobs or studies.
It has been super good to meet face-to-face because now people not only come to look for things they need on a day-to-day basis, but also to treat themselves. This has led us to commit ourselves even more as a team, because seeing the happiness of our clients, we realize that we are a necessary service. That is why we also have coffee, for example, to give a warm welcome and give people a pleasant moment.”
