Today is World Sandwich Day and here we share a delicious recipe to celebrate this preparation that has gotten us out of trouble more than once due to its simplicity and versatility. Long live the sandwich!
- BredenMaster white sliced bread
- Goat cheese
- Homemade sour sauce
- Purple onion, buffered
- Alfalfa sprouts
For the sour sauce:
- 1 Greek yogurt
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt to taste
- 1 pinch of seasoning or ajinomoto
- Defrost the sliced bread and put it in the oven for 7 minutes. You can also toast it on a panini griddle or sandwich maker.
- Add the ingredients to the sandwich as you like. And enjoy!
