Sweet Recipes • BredenMaster Brownie with Goats and Salted Caramel Sauce (for 8 brownies)
Ingredients:
1 to 1.5 cups of ready-made sweet goats
Sauce
120 grams of sugar
30 cc of water
40 grams of milk
40 grams of liquid cream
10 grams of butter
1 pinch of salt
1. The first thing is to prepare the sauce: in a pan put the sugar with the water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring the pan from time to time. Shuffling should be avoided.
2. When it turns golden, add the cream, milk and butter (all must be at room temperature) and beat until mixed and thick (about 3 to 5 minutes approx). Then remove from the heat and add the salt while stirring.
3. Put a portion of brownie, add a tablespoon of sauce. The goats are placed on top of this, giving it height and then it is bathed with more sauce. Repeat with as many brownies as you like and enjoy!
